Dormitory Style
Live in a typical college dormitory $60 per unit, per night- each room sleeps two people
The beds found in the residence halls are standard twin. (Coeducational by floor); a high rise building with seven floors set up in a rectangular fashion with common area facilities in the center of each floor
These accommodations have floor shared bathroom facilities. The dorms do not have air conditioning.
FYI Mid June the average high temperature is 75 degrees
On Campus Apartment
$149 per unit per night - (or $40 per person per night) each Living-dining area, full kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower units, 4 single, separate lockable bedrooms with vanities, hallway storage and coat closets.
- Climate control in each apartment for heat and air conditioning; the range will be 68-74 degrees and 74-80 degrees respectively.
- Furnishings include: BEDROOM – extra-long single bed, desk and chair, 2-drawer file cabinet, closet storage unit; LIVING ROOM -sofa, chair, coffee table, end table, and TV stand; and KITCHEN – full refrigerator, oven and stove top, microwave, dishwasher; dining bar with stools, and cabinets.
- A laundry room on each floor.

The Niagara area holds a treasure of wonderful resources to explore and experience. For example, you can visit Niagara Falls, which is just minutes away from the campus, as well as the many parks that surround the falls and the Niagara River on both the U.S. and Canadians sides of the border. Other well-known attractions include Artpark in Lewiston, historic Old Fort Niagara, Maid of the Mist, the world-famous Aquarium of Niagara Falls, Power Vista, and much more.
