Summer Institute Certification
The American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute is inviting you to join us for a 5-day workshop
specifically designed for high school teachers of lodging, food & beverage and tourism courses.
This opportunity will allow participants who complete all 3 Levels of the Lodging Summer Institute and perform
120 hours of internship to receive the Certified Hospitality Instructors (CHI) certification. This provides
a great opportunity for teachers, as State Departments of Education move towards certification in your
specialized field.

Requirements
